I’m on a mission to change the way service-based business owners think about branding. My work is all about helping you create a brand that reflects your true level not the version of you who started. so… how did I get here?

Honestly? My story started the same way it does for so many business owners — that little spark of “I know I’m meant to do my own thing one day.” I’d been working in corporate for years, soaking up everything I could about design, strategy, marketing… all of it. But it was always someone else’s business, someone else’s vision. And there was always this quiet voice telling me, “One day you’ll build your own.”

Then I had my baby and suddenly maternity leave felt like this unexpected window of time where I could finally pause and think about what I actually wanted. And I remember having this moment of clarity like, “If not now… when?” So I decided to finally do the damn thing. No more waiting for the right time, no more planning forever just starting.

But stepping out of corporate and into this world felt like a strange mix of exciting and terrifying. I had the skills, the experience, the drive but my brand? It did NOT match the level I was at. I was doing great work, but showing up online like the older version of myself. And that mismatch made everything feel harder than it needed to be.

So I rebuilt my own brand from scratch. I leaned into what I actually believe in: clarity, identity, psychology, and intentional design. And the second my brand started reflecting who I really was, everything shifted my confidence, my clients, the way people responded to my work.

That’s basically how Brand Design House was born. From that messy, honest season of transforming myself and then realising I wanted to help other business owners do the exact same thing.

I’m a 4WD driving camping girlie give me a campfire, a tent, and a view of the stars and I’m in my happy place. My dream? Doing the full lap of Australia with my little family in tow. One day… and yes, I’ll be vlogging it.
